WQ3 solutions

A clearer path for every team’s documents

Organize approvals, signatures, and follow-up around the way each department works—from document preparation to completion.

One document journey

From preparation to the completed copy

Roles and documents change, but every participant keeps a clear responsibility and trackable status.

Give each team a practical review point

Each department handles different documents. Connect its work to the signing requirements, access decisions and completion evidence that matter for that document.

01

HR: distinguish signing from identity verification

For employee contracts, decide whether the process needs an eKYC-verified account as well as a chosen signature level. Keep policy acknowledgements connected to their completion records.

02

Procurement: check the requirements before sending

For purchase orders and supplier agreements, confirm internal approvals and the receiving organisation’s signing requirements separately. Choose the appropriate level before the document leaves your team.

03

Sales: carry the evidence into handover

When an agreement or quote is completed, keep the final file and completion certificate together so the next reviewer can inspect the signing record.

04

Legal: separate the review questions

Review signing authority, signature level and file integrity as distinct matters. A matching document fingerprint supports integrity; it does not establish authority to bind an organisation.

05

Finance: review the recorded decisions

For payment approvals and financial agreements, examine who acted and when. Do not assume that an internal approval occurred unless it is documented in the record.

06

Operations: make completed files checkable

For forms and handovers, retain the exact completed copy. Its QR code opens a public check page, allowing later reviewers to inspect verification details without an account.

From preparation to a sealed contract

Use these checkpoints around the shared document flow, with recipient and signing decisions settled before sending.

01

Prepare

Start with a file or reusable template. Review the details and confirm that the information is appropriate for the intended recipients.

02

Set fields and signing order

Prepare the required fields and roles, distinguish approvers from signers, and select each signer’s level. Documents are locked once sent.

03

Sign

Each signer receives a private signing link and acts in the defined sequence. The audit trail records actions from sending through the final signature.

04

Keep the sealed contract

The final document is tamper-evident and accompanied by a completion certificate. Use its QR code to check the file fingerprint, signer details and recorded timestamps.

Choose the level for the document, not the department

WQ3 has exactly three signing levels: electronic signature, remote signing and token signing. Electronic signature suits everyday agreements. For formal or high-value contracts, consider remote signing or token signing and confirm the required signing form with the receiving organisation.

An employee contract, supplier agreement or financial agreement should be assessed against its own requirements rather than assigned a level solely by its title. Different signers can use different levels within one document.

If identity must be proven, require an eKYC-verified account. eKYC is an optional account-verification add-on available with any level, not another signing level.

Compliance at a glance

WQ3 is aligned with Egypt’s E-Signature Law 15/2004 and its executive regulations, Data Law 151/2020, ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS.

Supporting controls include signer identity checks, private signing links, access control, tamper-evident final documents and a full audit trail with a completion certificate.

Legal alignment is not blanket acceptance of every transaction. Egyptian law recognises electronic signatures and documents when its conditions are met. Confirm document-specific requirements, particularly for formal, high-value or cross-border agreements.

Frequently asked questions

How should our team choose its first workflow?+

Start with a recurring document that has a clear owner and known approval requirements. Before adopting it, identify who reviews the content, who has authority to sign, and what evidence you need to retain to demonstrate completion.

Must every signer use the same signing level?+

No. WQ3 lets you set a different level for each signer in the same document, choosing from electronic signature, remote signing, and token signing. Select the level according to the contract’s requirements and each signer’s role, rather than the department alone.

When should we add eKYC account verification?+

Add eKYC when your process requires verification of the account holder’s identity. It is an account-verification add-on that works with any of the three signing levels, not a fourth signing level.

What should we check before sending a document for signature?+

Confirm that the content, signer details, signing authority, and signature requirements are correct, because documents are locked once sent. For formal or high-value contracts, also review the applicable legal requirements; legal validity under Egypt’s E-Signature Law No. 15 of 2004 depends on meeting its conditions.

How can an external party verify a completed contract?+

Every contract signed through WQ3 has a public check page accessible without an account, using its QR code or reference. The page provides signer names, signature level, and timestamps, and supports checking the file’s fingerprint against the stored fingerprint to detect changes.
