Start with the document’s requirements

When evaluating WQ3, start with the document’s requirements rather than assuming every agreement needs the same signing method. An everyday agreement may suit an electronic signature, while a formal or high-value contract may call for remote signing or token signing. An internal review helps connect that choice to the document’s purpose.

WQ3 allows a different signature level for each signer within one document, so participants do not have to share identical requirements. Account verification through eKYC can be added when the account holder’s identity must be proven. For an internal assessment, identify signing requirements and identity-verification requirements separately.

Accountability throughout the signing process

Evaluating a signing platform means looking beyond how easily someone can sign to what can be reviewed afterwards. In WQ3, documents are locked once sent, signers enter through individual invitations, and actions are recorded throughout the workflow. These controls give teams a basis for reviewing events rather than relying only on a signature’s appearance.

A completed document comes with an audit trail and completion certificate showing who did what and when. Teams can use these records for internal review and record keeping. When assessing WQ3, examine the evidence accompanying the final document alongside the experience of the person signing it.

Evidence that remains checkable after completion

A signed document may need to be checked later by someone who did not participate in signing it. WQ3’s public verification page supports that check without an account, using the contract’s QR code and reference. The QR code appears on the completion certificate and final file, keeping the verification route connected to the completed record.

Verification compares the file’s SHA-256 fingerprint with the stored fingerprint to reveal changes. The verification record also shows signer names, signature level and timestamps for each step. This distinguishes file integrity from the record of how signing took place—both useful when reviewing a completed document.

A clear basis for legal and security review

Legal alignment should be distinguished from a guarantee about every transaction’s legal outcome. Egyptian law gives electronic signatures and documents legal validity when the applicable conditions are met. An assessment should therefore consider the document, signer requirements and evidence produced by the workflow, not simply whether an electronic signature appears.

For security review, WQ3’s published controls include TLS 1.2 or newer for data in transit, document fingerprints, roles and permissions, and private signer links. Use these details to frame specific questions during an organizational evaluation. Keep security, privacy and signing requirements distinct so that one control is not mistaken for an answer to every requirement.

Frequently asked questions

What should we prepare before a demonstration?+

Identify your document type, signer roles, identity requirements and the evidence your team needs after completion. These details help focus the evaluation on your actual needs.

Must all signers use the same level?+

No. WQ3 allows a different signature level for each signer within the same document, according to their signing requirements.

Does eKYC replace a signature?+

No. eKYC is an account-verification add-on, not a signing level. An eKYC-verified account can be required with any signature level.

Can someone outside our organization check a completed document?+

Yes. The public verification page allows checks without an account, using the contract’s QR code and reference.

Does an electronic signature alone guarantee legal validity?+

No. Legal validity depends on applicable law and its conditions. Legal review should consider the document, signer requirements and signing evidence.
