Start by identifying each participant’s capacity: signing personally, reviewing internally, or representing an owner or company. WQ3 lets you assign a different signature level to each signer within the same document, so requirements can reflect individual roles rather than applying one level to everyone.
The three levels are electronic signature, remote signing and token signing; eKYC is an account-verification add-on, not a fourth level. Consider electronic signatures for everyday agreements and remote or token signing for formal, high-value contracts. Where someone signs on another party’s behalf, check their authority separately: verifying an account holder’s identity does not, by itself, establish their authority to bind a property owner or company.
Treat sending as a clear approval point: check the unit description, party names, dates, payment schedule and references to supporting documents before inviting signers. WQ3 locks documents once sent, so negotiations and drafting checks should be complete first. This helps avoid signing a contract while the team is still discussing a different version.
For handover records, make sure the document itself describes the agreed property condition, keys or access items delivered, and any outstanding work. Do not rely on a signature alone to establish details absent from the text. When preparing a later amendment, clearly identify the earlier agreement and affected clauses so reviewers can distinguish original obligations from subsequent changes.
Keep the final file and completion certificate with the transaction records rather than relying only on a printout or an image of the signature page. The audit trail records actions from sending through the final signature, giving internal reviewers a documented sequence to consult. This can be useful when responsibility passes from leasing or sales to property management.
If a circulated copy is questioned, use the public check page through the document’s QR code or reference. Verification compares the file fingerprint and shows signer names, signature levels and recorded timestamps. These checks help establish file integrity and signing history; they do not independently establish property ownership, payment or performance of the contract’s obligations.
Treat digital signing as one part of the transaction, not proof that every legal and procedural requirement is complete. WQ3 is aligned with Egypt’s E-Signature Law No. 15 of 2004, which gives electronic signatures and documents legal validity when its conditions are met. This should not be read as a blanket guarantee that every property transaction can be completed entirely online.
Before choosing a signing approach, ask legal counsel whether the document needs notarisation, registration or another authority’s involvement. If a party is abroad, check the applicable law and the receiving authority’s requirements. Make these requirements clear to the transaction team so completed signatures are not mistaken for confirmation of title registration, handover or payment.

Yes. You can assign electronic signature, remote signing or token signing to each signer according to the transaction’s requirements.
eKYC verifies the account holder’s identity. Authority to sign on behalf of an owner or company should be checked separately.
Documents are locked once sent. Finalise terms first, and do not treat a later correction as part of the text previously signed.
No. The public check page allows verification without an account, using the document’s QR code or reference.
Not necessarily. Completed signatures alone do not establish that transfer or registration requirements have been met; confirm those requirements with legal counsel.
