Terms of service

Last updated: October 24, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the WQ3 platform.

1. Who we are and acceptance

The WQ3 platform, website and services are operated by Fixed Egypt For Digital Solutions and Information Security ("FEDIS", "WQ3", "we", "us"), a company established in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

By creating an account, signing or sending a document, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use WQ3 on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

"Platform" means the WQ3 website, web and mobile applications, APIs and related services.

"User" means any person who accesses the platform, including account holders and signers invited by them.

"Organization" means a company or entity that holds a subscription and manages users under it.

"Document" means any file, template, form or data uploaded to or generated on the platform.

"Electronic signature" means any signature, initials, approval or seal applied to a document through the platform, together with its audit trail.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@fedis.com.eg of any unauthorized use. Organization administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the permissions they grant.

4. Electronic signatures and legal validity

WQ3 provides tools to create, send, sign and verify documents electronically, and records an audit trail (identity checks performed, timestamps, IP address and actions) for each document.

Electronic signatures are recognized under Egyptian Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004 and its executive regulations, subject to their conditions. Whether a particular signature is valid or enforceable for a particular transaction depends on the applicable law and on the type of signature and verification used.

You are solely responsible for choosing the appropriate signature and verification level, for confirming the identity and authority of the signers you invite, and for ensuring that electronic signing is permitted for your document. Some documents (for example certain real-estate, family-law or notarial matters) may require a handwritten signature or official certification. WQ3 is not a party to any document signed on the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose; forge signatures or impersonate any person; upload content that infringes the rights of others, or that is defamatory, obscene or harmful; upload malware or attempt to breach, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the platform; resell or sublicense the platform without our written agreement; or send unsolicited bulk messages through it.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that we reasonably believe breach this section, and we may report illegal activity to the competent authorities.

6. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on the pricing page or in your order. Prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT) unless indicated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by Egyptian consumer protection law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Unused signature or document credits do not carry over unless your plan states otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

If payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.

7. Your content

You keep full ownership of your documents and data. You grant WQ3 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide the platform to you and the signers you invite, and to comply with law.

You confirm that you have all rights and consents needed to upload your content and to share it with the people you invite. We do not use the contents of your documents for advertising and do not sell them.

8. Our intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, logos and the "WQ3" and "وقع" brands are owned by FEDIS or its licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. API and integrations

Use of the WQ3 API is subject to these Terms, the API documentation and any rate limits we set. You must keep API keys secret and are responsible for all calls made with them.

Third-party integrations (for example storage, CRM or identity providers) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, though we choose our integrations carefully.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a material paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.

After termination you may export your documents for 30 days, after which we may delete them in line with our Privacy Policy, except for audit records we must keep by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, liability, and governing law) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, FEDIS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FEDIS against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your documents, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with its effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days. Failing that, the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction.

If these Terms are provided in Arabic and English, the Arabic version prevails in case of conflict.
