Frequently asked questions
A free Cloud plan is available to get started. Developers can also test the API for free in Dev mode.
It depends on your environment and scope. Contact us for a quote.
Choose a Cloud plan around your working limits
Start with the documents you need to keep in your account, then compare storage, maximum file size and domain requirements. The document limits below describe documents in your account—not a monthly allowance of signature invitations. Check each limit separately: available storage does not change the maximum size of an individual file.
01
Free: a smaller document workspace
Free costs 0 EGP/month and allows 25 documents in your account, 1 GB of storage and files up to 25 MB. It includes no custom domains and does not support wildcard domains.
02
Pro: more capacity and a custom domain
Pro allows 2,000 documents in your account, 50 GB of storage, files up to 100 MB and 1 custom domain. Wildcard domains are not included. Choose it when these limits match your document workspace.
03
Business: larger files and more domains
Business allows 20,000 documents in your account, 250 GB of storage, files up to 250 MB and 5 custom domains. It also supports wildcard domains. Compare these requirements before choosing solely by document count.
The essentials included in every Cloud plan
Free, Pro and Business all include a tamper-evident audit trail, two-factor sign-in, reusable templates, and signing in Arabic and English. These shared features are included whether you choose Free or a paid subscription; Pro and Business retain them with either billing period.
Every completed document comes with an audit trail and a completion certificate. WQ3 also provides a public check page that can be opened without an account, using the QR code on the final file or completion certificate.
Keep subscription capacity separate from signing requirements. WQ3 has exactly three signing levels: electronic signature, remote signing and token signing. A different level can be selected for each signer in one document. eKYC is an optional account-verification add-on, not a signing level.
Compare billing periods before upgrading
Pro is 299 EGP/month or 2,990 EGP/year. Business is 999 EGP/month or 9,990 EGP/year. Within each plan, monthly and annual subscriptions have the same listed document, storage, file-size and domain limits, along with the same included features.
Choose the billing period separately from the capacity you need. Annual billing does not increase a plan’s limits; moving from Pro to Business changes the available capacity and adds wildcard-domain support.
When considering an upgrade, identify the specific constraint first: documents held in the account, total storage, individual file size or domains. For questions about how a subscription change would be handled, use the contact page before making your decision.
When your requirements go beyond a Cloud subscription
Separate capacity requirements from deployment requirements. If your organisation needs a private environment or installation on its own infrastructure, review the deployment options rather than comparing Cloud limits alone.
Before contacting WQ3, outline your environment, intended scope and whether signing needs to be integrated into your product. This helps frame the discussion around API, Dedicated or on-premise options.
Use the contact page to discuss your requirements and request a quote based on your environment and scope. Treat deployment planning as a separate decision from choosing Free, Pro or Business.

What should I prepare to compare options and request a suitable quote?+
Prepare your expected signature-invite volume, the number of signers in typical workflows, and your hosting and integration requirements. Also identify the signing levels you need and whether account identity verification is required, so you can compare options against a clear scope.
Is the number of signature invites the same as the number of documents?+
Do not assume document counts equal signature-invite counts, especially when a document needs several signers. Before choosing a plan, ask how invites are counted for multi-signer documents, as well as for resent or cancelled invitations.
Do all signers need the same signing level?+
No; WQ3 lets you assign a different level to each signer in the same document, using its three levels: electronic signature, remote signing, and token signing. When comparing options, identify the level each role needs, then confirm its availability and commercial terms under the option you are considering.
Is eKYC a signing level or automatically included?+
eKYC is an account-verification add-on, not a fourth signing level, and an eKYC-verified account can be required with any signing level. The published pricing information does not specify whether the add-on is included or how it is priced, so request confirmation when comparing options.
What evidence requirements should I consider alongside cost?+
Compare more than invite volume: consider your internal review and record-keeping requirements too. Every completed WQ3 document includes an audit trail and completion certificate, and a public check page lets people verify a contract's authenticity without an account; identify how your team will use this evidence in its workflows.
