Finance solutions

Route financial approvals and signatures in the required order

Bring the request, review, approval, and signature into one journey that shows what is complete and what still needs action.

Where work stalls

Replace scattered follow-up with a clear workflow

Connect each recurring problem to a practical step the team can follow.

Challenge 01

A transaction depends on several managers or authorized signers.

With WQ3

Define the participant order so the document moves through the required sequence.

Challenge 02

It is difficult to show who acted and when.

With WQ3

Return to participant status and actions connected to the document.

Challenge 03

Approvals are split across paper and messages.

With WQ3

Keep the document, participants, and completed copy inside one workflow.

Documents to prepare for a finance signing workflow

Start with the document’s purpose, then decide who needs to review it and whose signature is required. These finance documents can share a workflow without necessarily sharing the same signing requirements.

01

Payment approvals

Prepare the payment details and identify the reviewers and authorized participants before setting the sequence.

02

Financial agreements

Review obligations, amounts, dates and attachments, then select signing levels suited to the agreement’s requirements.

03

Expense approvals

Bring the expense document and required details together so participants can review the transaction before acting.

04

Internal sign-offs

Distinguish internal approval from signature requirements; do not assume an approval occurred unless it is documented.

05

Budget forms

Identify which participants need to review the form and which are authorized to approve or sign.

06

Authorization letters

Consider signing authority separately from identity verification: confirming an account holder’s identity does not establish their organisational authority.

Before sending: a practical preparation sequence

1. Prepare the working document. For recurring finance paperwork, reusable templates are available across all listed plans. Check the contents and required details for the specific transaction.

2. Check recipients and access. Confirm that each intended participant should receive the information in the document. WQ3 controls access through roles, permissions and individual invitations.

3. Set requirements separately. Identify the required participant order, each signer’s signing level and whether an eKYC-verified account is needed. Different signers can use different levels within one document.

4. Complete the pre-send review. Confirm recipients, amounts, dates and attachments before sending: WQ3 locks documents once sent. Each signer receives a private signing link.

5. Prepare the handover. As an internal filing practice, keep the final file, completion certificate and verification reference together for whoever reviews the transaction later.

Match the signing level to the requirement—not just the document name

WQ3 has exactly three signing levels. Select the level according to the agreement’s formality, value and receiving organisation’s requirements, rather than treating every finance document alike.

01

Electronic signature

Fits everyday agreements. Consider it for routine finance documents where the applicable requirements permit this level.

02

Remote signing

An option for formal or high-value financial agreements. Confirm the required signing form before selecting it.

03

Token signing

Also an option for formal or high-value contracts. Choose between remote and token signing according to the transaction’s requirements.

Follow up, inspect the evidence and verify the final copy

For reminders and deadlines, define an internal follow-up schedule and responsible person. Use participant status to identify pending action; this is a suggested team practice, not a claim of automated reminders or deadline enforcement.

Review the audit trail for who acted and when. Every completed document includes an action record and completion certificate. Optional eKYC account verification can be required with any signing level; it is not another level.

To check a signed contract, scan the QR code on the final file or completion certificate. The public check page needs no account and shows signer names, signing levels and timestamps. Compare the file’s SHA-256 fingerprint with the stored fingerprint; investigate a mismatch before relying on the copy.

WQ3 is aligned with Egyptian E-Signature Law No. 15 of 2004. Verification supports review but does not establish signing authority or replace transaction-specific legal assessment.

Frequently asked questions

How should we choose a signing level for financial documents?+

WQ3 offers exactly three levels: electronic signature, remote signing, and token signing. Consider electronic signature for everyday agreements, and remote or token signing for formal or high-value contracts requiring a digital signing certificate, taking account of your organisation’s policy and the document’s legal requirements.

Can signers use different signing levels within the same financial agreement?+

Yes, WQ3 lets you set a different signing level for each signer in the same document. Finance teams can match that choice to each signer’s role and the agreement’s requirements rather than assuming everyone needs the same level.

Does eKYC verification establish someone’s authority to approve a transaction?+

The eKYC add-on verifies the account holder’s identity; it is not a fourth signing level and can be used with any signing level. Authority to approve a transaction or sign on behalf of an organisation should be checked against internal delegations, since identity verification does not replace an authority check.

How can a reviewer check the integrity of a completed financial agreement?+

They can scan the QR code on the final file or completion certificate to open the public verification page without an account. Verification compares the file’s SHA-256 fingerprint with the stored fingerprint to reveal changes and provides signer names, signing level, and the timestamp of each step.

Are electronically signed financial agreements legally valid in Egypt?+

Egypt’s Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004 and its executive regulations give electronic signatures and documents the same legal validity as handwritten signatures and paper documents when their conditions are met. WQ3 is aligned with this framework, but choosing a signing level alone does not guarantee that every requirement for a particular agreement is satisfied; review the applicable legal conditions and signers’ authority.
