Helpful details to include

The kind of documents you sign, roughly how many users, the systems you want to connect, and any legal or security requirements your organisation has.

Define your role in the customer journey

Start with the responsibilities you propose to take on, rather than a broad partner label. Will you help customers evaluate WQ3, translate their signing procedures into a practical workflow, or explore connections with their systems? If your proposal combines these roles, explain where each begins and ends.

Identify what you propose should remain with the customer, such as approving agreement wording and deciding who has authority to sign. This distinction clarifies your contribution without suggesting that WQ3 delegates legal authority or pre-approves a commercial arrangement. Flag responsibilities that need discussion before scope can be agreed.

Build your proposal around a signing scenario

Choose an example agreement and explain how each participant should sign it. WQ3 offers three levels: electronic signature, remote signing and token signing, with different levels available for different signers in the same document. Use that flexibility to show how your proposed approach addresses distinct participant requirements.

Distinguish everyday agreements from formal or high-value contracts that may call for remote or token signing. Where account-holder identity verification is required, describe the eKYC add-on separately; it is not a fourth signature level. Present these choices for review, rather than promising that every agreement automatically meets all applicable legal conditions.

Turn an integration idea into reviewable questions

For an integration proposal, describe the handover points rather than assuming a technical method. Explain where a document is prepared, when it becomes ready for signing, and where staff need to review the completed version. This separates the business outcome from implementation questions that still need confirmation.

Frame unresolved requirements as questions: how should final files and verification references reach the customer's records, and who should access them there? WQ3 uses individual signer invitations, access controls and tamper-evident final documents. Do not treat those capabilities as confirmation of a particular connector, API or transfer mechanism.

Include evidence review in your proposed scope

Do not end your scenario at the final signature. Suggest how the customer would review the completed file, completion certificate and audit trail within its own procedures. A proposed review can also include the account-free public check page and SHA-256 fingerprint comparison to establish whether the file matches the stored record.

Keep WQ3's evidence separate from decisions the customer must make. Recorded signing activity does not, by itself, settle whether someone had authority to bind an organisation or whether contract wording is appropriate. In customer-facing material, describe WQ3 as aligned with the stated legal frameworks, without implying accreditation or a blanket guarantee of legal validity.

Frequently asked questions

Can my proposal combine reselling and implementation?+

Describe both roles in your inquiry. Make the proposed responsibility boundaries clear, and leave commercial and operational arrangements for confirmation.

Must every signer use the same signature level?+

No. WQ3 allows a different level for each signer in the same document, according to the agreement's requirements.

Can I propose eKYC alongside electronic signature?+

Yes. eKYC verifies the account holder's identity and is a separate add-on available with any of the three signing levels.

Can I promise a ready-made integration?+

Do not assume one is available. Describe the required workflow and request confirmation of integration options before making customer commitments.

How can a customer review a completed document?+

Use the QR code or verification reference to access the public check page without an account, then review the fingerprint comparison and signing details.
