WQ3 — وقع

Test one HR signing workflow with a clear decision at the end.

The WQ3 Business HR pilot is a paid, defined engagement—not an open-ended free trial. It is designed to test the agreed workflow, signer experience, final evidence and operating effort before an optional annual continuation.

The proposed launch scope.

  • One Egyptian employer and its own domestic workforce.
  • Two approved HR templates.
  • Five internal users.
  • Up to two required signers per document.
  • A 30-calendar-day live period starting only after approved activation, with an allowance of 300 completed workflows.
Discuss your HR pilot

Make the offer concrete before starting.

  1. Confirm the employer, templates, signer eligibility, provider method, data locations, support and cost responsibilities.
  2. The order and agreed advance precede onboarding.
  3. Live activation follows the required tests and readiness approval; signing the order does not start the live-pilot clock.

Agree what a successful pilot means.

Review the correct document version and parties, intended signing method, final evidence, unauthorized-access rejection, recovery without duplicate completions, export receipt and support ownership. Compare business usefulness and operating effort against the starting process.

Continue or close—by agreement.

Annual continuation is voluntary and agreed by pilot expiry. It ends at the first anniversary of original activation, with one credit for the paid pilot platform fee and no repeated onboarding. Otherwise, new signing pauses and the agreed export and closeout process applies.

Request the scoped pilot offer.

The written quotation separates onboarding, the pilot platform period and any approved external services or taxes. Integration work and extra entities or templates require a separate scope. There is no automatic purchase when you submit an inquiry.
